3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Services Description

PetGo Transport provides a platform connecting pet owners with verified pet care service providers offering:

• Pet Transportation: Safe transport for pets to various destinations
• Grooming Services: Professional grooming and hygiene services
• Veterinary Appointments: Booking and transport to veterinary clinics
• Emergency Services: 24/7 emergency pet transportation
• Pet Boarding: Temporary pet care and accommodation
• Pet Supplies: Delivery of pet food and accessories

Note: PetGo Transport acts as an intermediary platform. We do not directly provide pet care services but facilitate connections between Users and Service Providers.

5. User Accounts

5.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

5.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Payments & Fees

6.1 Service Fees

• Service Providers set their own prices for services
• PetGo Transport charges a platform fee for each completed transaction
• All prices are displayed in your local currency (if available)

6.2 Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors. By using our Service, you agree to their terms and conditions.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to services purchased through our Platform.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 4-24 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 4 hours: No refund

7.2 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7.3 Service Provider Cancellations

If a Service Provider cancels, you will receive a full refund and assistance finding an alternative provider.

8. User Content

8.1 Content License

By posting Content, you grant PetGo Transport a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such Content.

8.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all Content you post and must ensure it:

• Is accurate and truthful
• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Is not offensive, defamatory, or harmful

8.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to bypass any security features
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Posting false or misleading information
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Using automated systems to access the Service
• Impersonating any person or entity

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetGo Transport shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions, services, or content of third-party Service Providers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PetGo Transport and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your Content

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Is fraudulent or illegal
• May cause harm to other users or our platform

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:
